Booking Questions

Q: How early should I make the booking?
A: As early as 4-6 months from your estimated due date (EDD). However, we do accept urgent booking and we will try to accommodate and assign the best available CL to you.

Q: How do I know if my booking is successful?
A: You would receive a confirmation email and our admin would be in-touch with you shortly after.

Q: Do you offer free consultation prior to booking?
A: Yes, we do. Whatsapp our admin on Contact Us page, for free-of-charge Whatsapp consultation.

Q: Is there a trial period available?
A: We don’t have a standard trial period, but we invite you to experience our care through our Short Visitation Package. If you love the service (and we think you will!), you can easily upgrade to a full package, and we will deduct your initial payment from the total cost.

Q: What documents do I have to provide to make the booking?
A: To make the booking, we don’t require any documentation. However, prior to visitation, we would drop you a text via Whatsapp to provide a photocopy of your identification card (IC) or passport. Your data is fully protected under Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (Act 709), and we only use this documentation to protect the safety of our confinement ladies who will be serving customers in your private property.

Q: What if I deliver earlier/later than my Estimated Due Date (EDD)?
A: We know that babies arrive on their own schedule! Rest assured, our dates are flexible. Simply notify us once you are admitted to the hospital, and we will arrange for your assigned Confinement Lady (or an equally experienced replacement) to be ready for your return home.

Q: Is there a minimum number of days I must book?
A: Yes, the minimum stay-in package is 7 days.

Q: When will the CL arrive after I gave birth?
A: Upon notification of birth, our CL will get prepared and travelled to your location. For peninsular Malaysia, the CL will arrive on the appointment date. For Sabah, Sarawak, and Singapore, the CL will take 2 days of travelling.

Q: Can I extend the CL duration of stay-in because I am happy and comfortable with the service?
A: Yes, depending on the CL’s availability. If the CL is booked for the next job, we will replace with another CL depending on the customer’s approval. Customer can only extend the stay up to 28 days.

Q: What is the booking fee amount?
A: Booking fee is 30% from the total package price.

Q: What is the methods of payment you currently accept?
A: As of now, we only accept FPX method. More payment methods are coming soon.

Q: Is the booking fee refundable?
A: The booking fee is not refundable except in special cases such as miscarriage and medical emergency (with proof). The booking fee is used to block CL’s date and purchase confinement equipments.

Q: Can I change my package tier after payment?
A: Yes, please Whatsapp our admin and we will assist you from there.

Q: Can I pay by instalment or Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL)?
A: As of now, we are not yet able to accept payment by instalment or Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL). It’s a payment feature we are currently working on.

Q: I am expecting twins/multiples: Is there an extra charge for more than one baby?
A: Yes. The extra charge is per below:
Half Day package: 7 – 14 days: RM 35/baby/day
Gold package: 70/baby/day

Q: Who absorbs the travel cost?
A: For peninsular Malaysia, we will bear the cost. For Sabah, Sarawak, and Singapore customer would bear the return ticket and extra baggage cost.

Q: What is the sleeping arrangement for stay-in CL?
A: The customer must provide a single room for CL, with safety in check, such as functional door lock.

Q: What is the meal arrangement for CL?
A: Customer must provide basic necessities to CL throughout her stay, food, clean water, and other reasonable amenities to make sure her service runs smoothly.

Q: Who bears the cost for groceries?
A: Customer must provide the groceries for meals to be cooked by the CL.

Q: Would you accept pre-mature baby?
A: Yes, we do accept to service pre-mature baby.

Q: Would you accept baby with special health condition?
A: No. Unfortunately our CL is not a trained special nurse and due to the fragility of the baby’s health, it is safer for both sides to not do confinement service.

Q: I did not get to do confinement service as soon as I came home from the hospital. Would you accept booking from a mother who gave birth a while ago?
A: Yes, we do. However we limit our service to mothers who gave birth less than 90 days ago only.
